Anyways, My Anime List (MAL) is essentially a database or databank for anime watchers/manga readers to share and log the books read and shows seen.

There you can meet a lot of anime watchers/manga readers, see what they recommend, reviews etc. Join a few clubs. I happen to join “Signature Scripters” which are PHP based.
